• MHCC Instructor and Author Linda Graham to Share Her Experiences

    With a recently released autobiography now published, Mt. Hood Community College instructor Linda Graham will host a community presentation and share insights about the book, her writing process and the steps behind having the book reach the public.

    Entitled "Indiana Summer: From Cornfields and Lightning Bugs," Graham's autobiography tracks her compelling and often humorous life's path, from seeking acceptance in Indiana in the 50's and 60's, to moving to the West Coast, to experiencing a life-altering incident that will forever leave her changed.

    Graham, who teaches English as a Second Language classes in MHCC's Adult Basic Skills program, will present twice on Wednesday, July 13: from Noon to 1:00 p.m. and again from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in room 2553 on the Gresham campus. The presentations are free and open to the public. Graham will have copies of the book available for purchase and signing.
