cement being poured

Cement Masons

Cement masons finish, repair, and pour concrete. They work on slabs, steps, wall tops, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, and paving. They use terrazzo, magnesite, epoxy, polymers, plastic materials, and cement materials.

MHCC partners with the Cement Masons Local Chapter 555 to provide an apprenticeship that will help you learn core skills and stay up to date with new methods in the industry. Cement masons receive competitive salaries in a career-minded field. Want to learn more about how you can become a cement mason? We’re happy to help. Please email questions to MHCC Training Coordinator Dawn Loomis or email MHCC Apprenticeship Advisor and Outreach Specialist Howard Mitchell.
