    Fall Winter Spring
    Tuesdays and Thursdays only, 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    Mondays 8:45 a.m. to noon.
    Also open Wednesdays 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. last two weeks of term
    Monday through Friday, all day, with restorative on Fridays only

    (Closed during the summer, mid-June to late September)

    Program Accreditation
    The program in dental hygiene is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and has been granted the accreditation status of “approval without reporting requirements”. The Commission is a specialized accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education.     The Commission on Dental Accreditation Complaints Review
    The Commission on Dental Accreditation will review complaints that relate to a program's compliance with the accreditation standards. The Commission is interested in the sustained quality and continued improvement of dental and dental-related education programs but does not intervene on behalf of individuals or act as a court of appeal for treatment received by patients or individuals in matters of admission, appointment, promotion or dismissal of faculty, staff or students.

    CODA Third Party Comments Posting
    Per The United States Department of Education and CODA policy to review the program’s relationship to its communities of interest and the public, including faculty, students, program administrators, specialty and dental-related organizations, patients, and consumers, the Mt. Hood Dental Hygiene Program invites you to make comments pertaining to program standards and policies and procedures used in the accreditation process for the next scheduled site visit November 5th and 6th, 2019.
