Customer Service Management
Customer service, the buzzword of the 21st century, is a key element in the successful operations of business and industry. This course provides a historical perspective of the customer service industry as it directly relates to the hospitality and tourism field, as well as trains students to develop and use excellent customer service skills. A total quality management approach with a global perspective to customer service is employed. The new dimension of customer service on the Internet landscape is incorporated into this program.
