ISTM284E : Ethical Hacking

This class demonstrates the ethical use of various "white hat" cyber
penetration testing tools and techniques consistent with Ethical Hacking
training. Network tools and techniques take place in an enclosed "sandbox"
environment. Students are exposed to various computer hacking skills and
analyze various protective measures and their effectiveness.

Prerequisite: RD090, WR090 and MTH020, each with a grade of "C" or better, or
placement above stated course levels. For student success, Cisco network
training equivalent to CIS153, or training equivalent to CompTIA Security+ is
STRONGLY recommended.
