Application to Restricted Entry Programs
2012-2013 School Year

(For entry beginning Summer term
2012 through Spring term 2013.)

Applicants for a restricted entry program must complete the admissions application procedures and meet program criteria by a specified application deadline before being considered for admission into the program.

The limited entry programs are filled on a space available basis. Applicants are accepted upon meeting the minimum criteria on a first completed, first accepted basis.

• Dental Hygiene*

• Nursing: Full-Time Program **

• Nursing: Part-Time Program **

• Nursing: LPN to RN Advanced Placement**

• Physical Therapist Assistant*

• Practical Nursing* - Spring 2012

  The Medical Assistant program is being suspended and will not be accepting any new students beginning fall term, 2011. Program courses will be offered during the 2011-12 academic year to ensure current Medical Assistant majors are able to complete the degree.
