|Street Roots is a nonprofit, grassroots newspaper that assists people experiencing homelessness and poverty by creating flexible income opportunities. Street Roots also publishes The Rose City Resource, Portland's most comprehensive, updated list of services for people experiencing homelessness and poverty. The resource guide is a quarterly 80-page guide of services throughout the Portland region.
