Where to Turn: A Family Resource Directory for East Multnomah County This book is a comprehensive family resource directory for services in East Multnomah County and can be purchased at the MHCC bookstore for under $10.00. It is updated annually but recent versions are all good.

Oregon SafeNet connects low-income Oregon residents with health care and social services in their communities. Services in English & Spanish with the AT&T Language Line for other languages. Visit the website or call 503-988-5858. Hours are Mon. – Fri. 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Street Roots is a nonprofit, grassroots newspaper that assists people experiencing homelessness and poverty by creating flexible income opportunities. Street Roots also publishes The Rose City Resource, Portland's most comprehensive, updated list of services for people experiencing homelessness and poverty. The resource guide is a quarterly 80-page guide of services throughout the Portland region.
