• The MHCC Visual Arts Faculty Exhibit

    For the past two decades, the Annual Visual Arts Faculty Exhibit is a celebration of art and its makers, and an opportunity to view new, original and innovative works from full and part-time faculty in a wide variety of mediums. Featuring Richard Cutshall and Theresa Redinger (mixed media); Angelina Cox (calligraphy); Joe Davis, Jan Edwards and Natalie Warrens (ceramics), Shawn Daughton (jewelry), Pat Barrett, Steve Mauldin and Matteo Neivert (painting); Nathan Orosco (sculpture); Janet McIntyre (encaustic); and Georganne Watters (woodcut).

    The MHCC Visual Arts Faculty Exhibit runs from October 31 – December 1, 2016. A reception will be held Thursday, November 3, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. in the gallery. Hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; the gallery is closed weekends and holidays.

    The mission of our gallery is to create a welcoming center for artists of all genres to raise student, staff and public consciousness about the value of art in our community and in our world.
