AR 6600: Capital Construction
The associate vice president of facilities and risk management shall maintain a capital construction and deferred maintenance plan for the College.
This plan will be included in the annual budget submittal to the Board of Education for review.
Contracts
Construction contracts will be awarded in accordance with AR 6350 Contracts – Construction and will comply with applicable laws relating to public works.
