Welcome to Mt. Hood Aquatic Center!

We offer the most comprehensive community water safety and exercise program in East Multnomah County:

The Salmon Run Swim Lesson Program offering the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Progression, ages 8 months and up

Adult learn-to-swim, exercise and relaxation classes including
water aerobics, Arthritis Foundation and Ai Chi classes

Adult lap swims
		All ages open recreation swims
First Aid, CPR and AED classes
	American Red Cross Lifeguard Training
College credit courses
	Stop by and check out our new Café Atlantis! Have an espresso drink while you watch lessons or reward yourself after your workout!
