BI213
Principles of Biology III
BI213 is the third term of the principles of biology sequence. Students build on the concepts learned in BI211 and BI212 to study the interactions between organisms and their environment (ecology) and the processes and patterns of biodiversity (evolution and biogeography). Indoor and outside laboratories introduce techniques used to study ecological processes and provide opportunities for students to develop their ability to conduct research.
