First Aid: Responding to Emergencies
- Su/F/W/Sp The purpose of the American Red Cross Responding to Emergencies course is to help students recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The course content and activities prepare students to provide immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. Successful completion leads to the American Red Cross Responding to Emergencies First Aid/Adult CPR/AED certifications.
