HPE295 :  Health and Fitness for Life

Health and Fitness for Life explores how wellness, physical fitness, stress, nutrition and cardiovascular health affects an individual's health and well-being. This course includes an exercise component that requires students to actively engage in exercise within a designated workout facility.
Prerequisite: RD090, WR090 and MTH020, each with a grade of "C" or better; or placement above stated course levels. This is a 3-credit class which includes 2 hours of lecture/wk and the face-to-face student is expected to participate in 1500 minutes of ACT Lab workouts during the term.
