HT141 :  Customer Service Management

This course provides an historical perspective of the customer service industry as it directly relates to hospitality. It also trains students to develop and use excellent daily customer service skills and resolve challenging situations. A total quality management approach with a global perspective to customer service is employed. Students discover the importance of a solid customer service plan and how it affects the profits of a business.
Prerequisite: RD090 and WR090, each with a grade of "C" or better; or placement above stated course levels.
