PE185RKI :  Intermediate Rock Climbing

This course is designed for students with previous climbing experience. Students have an opportunity to learn intermediate level climbing skills and equipment management. Topics include anchor construction using natural and artificial protection, belaying from the top and bottom, clipping bolts during sport climbs and cleaning/removing gear from a route. Climbing takes place in the field on real rock and at the MHCC indoor climbing wall.
Prerequisite: PE185RK.
