Mt. Hood Community College Planetarium Show Explores ‘Badly Behaved Galaxies’
Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) will present a planetarium show Jan. 3 on “Badly Behaved Galaxies.”
The program will take a look at quasars, colliding galaxies, black holes and more. Shows will be presented live at 7 and 8:15 p.m. in the MHCC Planetarium Sky Theater, located near the library on the Gresham campus, 26000 SE Stark Street. Visitors are encouraged to ask questions during each 45-minute program.
Children are welcome to attend. The planetarium is wheelchair accessible. Admission for the general public is $2 and free for MHCC students. (Student identification required). Planetarium shows are held the first Monday of each month, October through June.
