Pesticide Licensing Exams for the Oregon Department of Agriculture
Pesticide applicator and consultant certification examinations are available at Mt. Hood Community College.

Examinations are by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

The examinee must be able to specify:
- Testing date preferred
- Specific examination(s) needed
- Specific license type(s) required

Time & Place:
- Testing is offered on Wednesday evenings beginning at 4:00. However, you may arrive anytime between 4:00- 5:00 pm.
- Testing Services, Room 2335 - North of Campus Information/Public Safety; Easily accessible from Parking Lot F.
Fees:
Mt. Hood Community College Testing Center fees are due before each test, and can be paid at the Cashiers office, Room 2260, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The fee is $10 for each test. Beginning July 1, 2003, if you pay a testing fee with a check you will not be able to take the test for two weeks (10 business days). To avoid this delay in service, please plan to pay by cash, money order, or bankcard. Oregon Department of Agriculture fees are due when examinations are passed and ODA has received a license application.
What to Bring:
- DRIVERS LICENSE or other form of identification with photo and signature.

- RECEIPT for $10 per test required. (see fees above)
- CALCULATORS: Small calculators (silent) may be used for calculations, with the exception of pocket organizers capable of storing notes or other non-numerical information; these are NOT acceptable.
- OTHER MATERIALS: All examinations are "closed book". Papers, notes, study materials or other assistance will not be allowed in the examination room. All materials needed to complete the examinations will be provided (including scratch paper). Unauthorized materials will be assigned to a locker.
