Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers

Roofers and Waterproofers remove roofs, prepare roof surfaces and install new roofs. Commercial roofs are generally low-pitched roofs that consist of multiple layers of roofing applied with hot roofing asphalt. Residential roofs are usually steep and the roofing material is mainly asphalt shingles. Tools used include hatchets, hammers, pry bars, tin snips, knives and chalk lines.
