Funeral Service Education is a "regional" program. Residents from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, California and Nevada are charged in-state tuition. Others need to live in Oregon for 90 days before attaining resident status. |

Students should anticipate a fee for the National Board Examination of $350.00 and a licensing examination fee for the state in which they plan to license. If students have not yet received a Hepatitis B vaccination (which must be completed be for enrolling), they should plan on an additional $200.00.
Financial Aid:
Guaranteed Student Loans are available through Financial Aid.
Scholarships:
The Mt. Hood Community College District Foundation manages several scholarships for students accepted into the Funeral Service Education program. Information about these scholarships is available from the Financial Aid Office.
