Information on the Criminal Background Check

The process for the criminal background check is now available. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to Student Services and pay $30.00 (Must be paid by cash, credit/bank card or money order. No personal checks.). Tell the cashier it is for the Allied Health Criminal Background Check.
2. Bring you receipt to the Bruning Center, where you will be given a form to fill out.
3. This form must be filled out completely and your original receipt must be attached to it for the check to be done. (If you need a copy of the receipt for your records, please make a copy before coming to the Bruning Center.)
