These costs are approximate, are subject to change without notice and are in addition to tuition.  They only represent costs for ONLY Integrated Media core and Graphic Design courses.

A complete supply list is presented during the first class of every term.

Supplies are mostly expendable: specialty paper, markers and boards, CDs.

At the beginning of each term, many art supply stores in Portland have 20% off sales.

Many students invest in Macintosh computer equipment while at MHCC. A complete system including a scanner and printer can cost between $1,500 and $3,000. The major graphics applications: (Adobe Creative Suite 2:) Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and GoLive plus Dreamweaver and Flash can be purchased at a significant savings while you are a student ($518) for the all.
