Establish a Charitable Remainder Trust

A charitable remainder trust is an irrevocable trust. The purpose of the trust is to allow you to make a donation of assets to the Foundation and to keep the income derived from those assets during your lifetime. Upon your death the assets are given to the Foundation and are not taxed as part of your estate.
