Non-harassment The college is committed to maintaining a respectful working and learning environment with a zero tolerance policy regarding all forms of harassment. It is against district policy for any manager, supervisor, faculty, staff or student to engage in harassment or discrimination of any member of the college community based on but not limited to race, color, religion, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, marital status, disability or sexual orientation.
The college shall: provide training that disseminates non-harassment procedures and complaint processes; notify the college community of rights and responsibilities; investigate all complaints promptly; and take appropriate action against offenders.
