CONFLICT OF INTEREST
MHCCD Board members and employees shall adhere to state laws relating to conflict of interest and government ethics. The President may establish administrative regulations to keep the college in compliance with ethics statutes and to prevent college resources from being used for personal gain. The regulations may address proper use of college resources, facilities and equipment; employment and reporting relationships of relatives of MHCC employees; the acceptance of gifts, honoraria and reimbursement for expenses.
