COLLEGE DONATIONS/SOLICITATION OF FUNDS

Gifts of money, securities or usable properties to the college shall be accepted according to college regulations and procedures approved by the college President. Acceptance of real property shall be subject to Board approval.

The President of the college shall establish regulations and procedures for the solicitation of funds, donations, services or other things of value in the name of the college or any college organization, on the college campus or within the area served by the college.
