Better, Faster, Cheaper is a one-day workshop designed to give you the tools to evaluate and optimize the performance of your NPD process.
This is achieved through a series of tutorials, exercises and discussion, which will enable you to introduce a streamlined, market-focused NPD process.

If you’re a manager or engineer leading new product development, you’ve probably experienced some or all of the following frustrations:

  • Delayed launch
  • Sales revenue/profit below forecast
  • Redesigns after launch to resolve performance or quality issues
  • Apparent lack of communication between departments
  • Conflicts of authority over development team members

If so, then Better, Faster, Cheaper is for you!

Topics include:

  • The effects of a poor NPD process
  • Why a well designed stage-gate process is critical to success
  • Stage-gate process overview
  • Key variables – how to decide what’s best for you
  • Detail definition and documentation
  • Launching the new NPD Process
  • Potential barriers & continuous review

Your Facilitator:

This workshop will be delivered by Eliot Crowe, a product development manager with over 10 years of experience in running NPD projects and developing NPD procedures for various companies in the USA and Europe. He has experience as a Director of Engineering, New Product Introduction Manager, and as a Design Engineer. Eliot has delivered NPD training all over the world for groups of all sizes representing a range of manufacturing industries.
