Netflix Request Form

MHCC is pleased to offer a new pilot service, Netflix Service for faculty, administrators and staff. You may use this form to request DVDs that MHCC does not own. Due to our service agreement with Netflix, these DVDs may only be used for instruction in the classroom. Requests take 1 week to fill. Please visit the Netflix site to confirm that the DVD is in their collection and enter the title below.
