NECA-IBEW Electrical Training Center
Inside Electrical apprentices perform electrical construction, maintenance, repair and service. They work on electrical construction projects ranging from single-family residences to state-of-the-art industrial plants. They install conduits and wire lighting, switches, converters and complex computerized systems. Inside Apprentices are trained toward a General Journeyman Electrician License which allows them to do all forms of electrical construction.
Limited Energy apprentices are trained to meet the requirements of a Limited Energy journeyman license, which covers a variety of low voltage applications including Voice, Data, Video, and Alarms.
Residential apprentices complete their training with a Limited Residential Electrician License, which allows them to wire houses and apartment style dwellings.
