Executive Cabinet

The Executive Cabinet facilitates campus wide student initiatives. The Cabinet consists of

• President carries out the policies of ASMHCC as set in the Constitution, By-laws, and Senate actions.
• ASG Vice President chairs the Student Senate, represents ASHMCC at Oregon Student Association, and assumes responsibility when the President is unavailable.
• Director for State and Federal Affairs represents ASMHCC at Oregon Community College Association and at Oregon Student Association.
• Director for Finance chairs the Finance Council and prepares financial reports of the student fee budget.
• Director for Student Organizations chairs the Student Organizations Cabinet.
• Director for Community Affairs integrates community services activities into campus life.
• Director for Diversity initiates, stimulates, and supports diversity on campus.
• Director for Communications oversees all ASG publications.
• Student Activities Board Chair is the presiding officer of the Student Activity Board.
• Administrative Assistant records and posts Executive Cabinet's meeting minutes, creates Executive Cabinet's agenda and serves as social secretary for the ASMHCC.
