Agnostics Club
Agnostic Saints will explore and advocate for both conventional and unconventional
avenues of philosophy pertaining to agnosticism. Agnostic: one who is not committed
to believe in either the existence or the nonexistence of God.
American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE):
The ASSE will promote the advancement of the safety education and foster the
professional well-being and development of its members within the campus and
community.
Asian Cultures Appreciation:
To recognize and encourage people from different nationalities to share their
heritage and learn about different cultures.
Broadcast Interest Group (RIG):
To assemble a group of students interested in radio broadcasting to promote
MHCC and its radio program.
Bradypus Running Society:
To construct an organization for students to endeavor in running activities
such as 5Ks, 10ks, half marathons, marathons, short and long distance relay
races and group practice runs. Also to get people motivated to maintain a high
fitness level and to socially interact with peers of the same interest.
Campus Crusade for Christ:
The Campus Crusade for Christ serves as a spiritual resource for students by
providing Bible studies, prayer, discipleship retreats and fellowship activities.
Computer Information Systems (CIS):
Computer Information Systems brings MHCC students together to promote practical
knowledge and use of the Linux operating system and applications.
Forestry & Natural Resources Club:
To provide a further means of academic progress and physical applications in
the forestry field.
Printmakers Club:
To provide an extracurricular activity for MHCC students, staff and MHCC alumni
who enjoy printmaking workshops activities. To promote and organize printmaking
workshops and activities. To promote field trips that would further enrich
our study and knowledge of printmaking. To hold art sales of prints at least
annually as a fund-raiser for the club. To provide a vehicle for members to
purchase supplies as a group. To promote gallery exhibitions of members and
student work.
Science Club:
The club will help students explore their scientific interests through exciting
experiments, demonstrations, and guest speakers. Come on down and play with
everything from fire to dry ice!
Sculpture Corps:
To provide extracurricular activity for MHCC students, staff and MHCC alumni
who enjoy making sculpture. To promote and organize sculpture workshop activities.
To promote field trips that would further enrich our knowledge of sculpture.
To hold art sales and/or auctions as a fund-raiser. to promote gallery exhibitions
of members and students work.
