Whether you just graduated from high school, are returning after taking time off, are transferring from another school, or just taking a few classes, every new student is invited to attend New Student Orientation.
Orientation will take place on Tuesday, September 16th. We will start the day at the MHCC Gymnasium. Parking is free. Click here for map and directions.
Dress comfortably and be prepared for the weather! Wear comfortable shoes, dress in layers and bring rain gear if we are expecting rain. You will be taking a thorough tour of the campus rain or shine and we want you to be comfortable!
Start thinking about questions you would like to ask faculty. There will be many faculty members available for you to talk with throughout the day. As you think of questions you would like answers to, write them down and bring your list of questions with you.
A continental breakfast will be offered during check-in (before
9:00 a.m.) and lunch will be offered at 1:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch are free.
However, if you think you might get hungry before lunch feel free to bring
a snack or some change for the vending machines.
