Performance Evaluation
All regular college employees must be evaluated at least annually or as outlined in collective bargaining agreements and handbooks. Procedures for evaluations are documented in collective bargaining agreements and handbooks, or on file in the Human Resources Office. Human Resources is responsible to track and report to Presidents Cabinet completion dates and file performance evaluations.
