Attendance Policies
We are open weekdays from 7:30am to 5:30pm for student, staff and community care. Listed below are some of our attendance policies:
- Care must be scheduled for a minimum three-hour block of time.(For example: 7:30 10:30 or 9:00 12:00.)
- Student families must schedule care for a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- The morning arrival period is from 7:30 to 9:00 with a grace period of 15 minutes. Children will not be accepted into care after 9:15.
- The afternoon arrival time is 12:15, with a grace period of 15 minutes. Children will not be accepted into care after 12:30.
- A child may only attend his/her scheduled hours, unless additional hours have been arranged in advance with the front office.
- A change in hours must be scheduled through the front office with a Schedule Change form, to be effective the following Monday.
- Credit will not be given for absences or the unused portions of a scheduled day.
