Supporting Mt. Hood Community Colleges BE | Strategic Plan

1. Best Practices
   Review, analyze and when appropriate, implement best practices from higher education and other organizations.

2. Enrollment
   Ensure the development and implementation of a student enrollment management plan.

3. Leadership Training and Professional Development
   Assess programs designed to support, develop and train MHCC personnel.

4. Organization Structure
   Continue College reorganization efforts ensuring alignment of all departments are in support of the strategic plan.

5. Partnerships
   Continue development and enhancement of public and private partnerships to benefit the College.

6. Recruitment
   Develop recruiting strategies for employees that will yield diverse applicant pools.

7. Resource Development
   Increase financial resources of the College.

8. Technology Infrastructure
   Continue to enhance shared enterprise infrastructure to meet growing needs and demands.
