Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Note: Please contact the library staff at (503) 491-7161 to confirm that we've received your interlibrary loan request.

Interlibrary loan (ILL) service is available to Mt. Hood Community College students and staff. This service allows you to request articles, books, and videos from other libraries when the item you desire is not available at the MHCC Library.

Please verify that an item is not available locally before you place an ILL request. For articles, look for the journal title in the Library’s print and electronic collections. For books and videos, look for your item in the Summit catalog of college libraries in the Pacific NW.

Use this form to place an ILL request, making sure to provide as much information as you can about the item that you wish to order. Delivery time and due dates are determined by the lending library.

You will be notified when we locate the item you requested:

When your article request arrives, a copy will be emailed to you (please provide a valid email address). If you do not submit an email address, your article will be mailed to your home.
When your book or video request arrives, we will call or email you (please indicate your preference).
