Book Recommendation Form

The library encourages all faculty members to recommend books for consideration as additions to the Library’s collection. The Library makes a sincere effort to acquire recommended materials if they are current and support the college’s curriculum.

Please complete the following form.

Note: You also may send book catalog pages and journal or newspaper
ads to your subject librarian. Send video/DVD requests to Patti Allen.

Check MHCC’s Library Catalog to make sure the item is not already in the collection.
Complete all relevant fields. All fields with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
Make a separate request for each item.
