MHCC utilizes Proactive.com to handle online transactions for aquatics and recreation camps.

• There will be an additional 6% processing fee that is collected by Proactive.com.
• Refunds for Online Transactions
  • Due to processing time for payments we (MHCC) cannot process refunds or transfers for approximately 2 weeks.
  • Please call MHCC (503-491-7243) to request a refund.
  • To process your refund we require appropriate ID and the customer will be refunded in the manner in which they paid.
• Transfers for Online Transaction
  • Due to processing time we cannot transfer online transactions until two weeks after the completion of the online transaction.
  • If you wish to transfer for a course you must request a refund for the original course and then register for the correct course either online or by calling 503-491-7243.
• Only a percentage of the total enrollment is available online. If no spots are available in the activity you wish to register for, please call the Aquatic Center front desk at 503-491-7243 or call the Camp Central desk at 503-491-7245. Desk staff can check on the total available spots for you and, if there is room in your activity, register you over the phone.
