Basic Design III: 3-Dimensional

- F/Sp This studio course is an introduction to the basic concepts of
three-dimensional design. This class begins with the most basic elements of
three dimensional line and plane and works towards ideas of form, space and
content. Assigned projects will help develop an understanding of sculptural
and design considerations while expanding students' conceptual and material
ability. Demonstrations, lectures and critical discussions will contribute
to developing a working vocabulary of spatial relations.
