Principles of Accounting I

- Su/F/W/Sp This is an introductory accounting course designed to serve
students who plan to pursue an associate degree in a business area and/or
transfer to an undergraduate degree program in any area of business. This course
emphasizes external financial reporting for business enterprises.
Information gathering, recording, and financial statement preparation will be
covered with an emphasis on understanding, interpreting, and applying accounting
information. Proficiency Needed: Reading, Writing, Math.
