Procedures for the Office Team
- Sp Practice the skills and abilities required for an office professional, which includes interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical and decision-making abilities, computer literacy, supervisory and managerial techniques, communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing, research skills, and meeting planning. Specific terminology, applications, and procedures will be explored in the variety of the office career paths previewed in this course.
