Hospitality Industry Marketing
- F This course covers the application of marketing concepts and techniques to the hospitality industry. The student will select a specific sector of the industry and prepare a proposed plan for marketing that sector of the potential customers or will prepare an analysis of existing marketing strategies of a specific business or industry. It will address key marketing principles as they apply to the hospitality industry. The marketing plan element will include: situation analysis, marketing objectives and strategies, marketing management and evaluation, pricing, promotion, programming, and advertising.
