Fundamentals/Elementary Math I

- F This course is part one of a three-course sequence in mathematics
for future K-8 teachers. The course includes problem solving, functions,
the structure of number systems, operations on whole numbers, and number
theory. Various concrete, pictorial, and heuristic problem solving
strategies are used along with algorithmic problem solving. A required
computer component will reinforce the concepts of the course.
