Clinical Kinesiology 2
- Sp This course introduces the biomechanical principles of the lower extremity. Discussion includes muscle origin, insertion, action, and basic exercise techniques of the lower extremity. In addition, students learn and practice muscle strength testing and joint goniometry for the trunk and extremities. This course explores the kinematics of gait, gait analysis and intervention strategies for atypical gait patterns. The course also covers active stretching for all muscles of the body.
