    1. In State Residency Waiver
      1. Mt Hood Community College will waive the minimum 90 day in-state residency requirement for those veterans not a resident of Oregon if the student served in the Armed Forces of the United States or the United States Coast Guard and was relieved or discharged from the service under honorable conditions.
      2. Documentation of all qualifications will be required.
    2. Application of Waiver:
      This waiver will be applied in by request through the Veteran Services Office.
      1. Students must change their out of state address to a local address in the Mt Hood Community College CX system within 24 hours of requesting this waiver or the charges will revert to out of state. Another request can be made if this occurs and the charges will be reversed.
      2. This waiver applies to tuition only.
      3. All courses must be for credit and cannot be audited.
      4. This waiver doesn’t apply to community education courses.
      5. There is no geographical or course delivery restrictions on this waiver
