    1. Recommended timelines for scheduling events at MHCC

      1. These timelines are set to provide the necessary preparation and permits required to serve food and alcohol at events. Control of attendance participation is the determining factor for these timelines and the processes required
    Event Type Arrangements completed before event:
    No food, beverages or alcohol – no furniture moving or extra set up required 1 week
    Facilities set up – move table layout, provide extra tables, chairs, AV, etc. 2 weeks
    Potluck, reception, catered food, 100 or fewer participants 2 weeks
    Serves any food to over 100 participants 4 weeks
    Serves any food to Public 6 weeks
    Serves Beer and Wine 3 months
    Serves Hard Liquor
    (special process required)
    6 months
