      NOTES
      Peak times are shaded.
Classes (1) after 5:00pm on weekdays, (2) on weekends, or (3) off campus are exempt from standard hours.
    2. All courses scheduled using nonstandard times will be identified by the Office of Instruction.
    3. Departments have the following options regarding courses offered at nonstandard times:
      1. Change the times and/or meeting days to standard and resubmit by the deadline indicated in the Schedule Production Timeline. Meeting the deadline will ensure the course is included in the Room and Events Scheduling system assignment run.
      2. If the department determines that pedagogy or other valid reasons require the course must remain nonstandard, then the department can seek approval from the VP of Instruction for one of these two alternatives:
        1. Keep as nonstandard and schedule in a departmental classroom.
        2. Keep as nonstandard and resubmit for assignment in a general-purpose classroom on a lower priority basis.
