    		 President’s Cabinet (PC) Approval: Nov. 20, 2012
    1. The following restrictions apply to all uses  of MHCC facilities:
      1. Recreational overnight camping is prohibited. Pre-approval is required for non-recreational overnight camping.
        Refer to AR 4100.A.2  
      2. The following activities are prohibited at all times:
        1. The use of non-MHCC vehicles on track or competitive fields.
        2. The use of firework
        3. The use of tobacco or products that mimic tobacco.
          Refer to AR 5041
        4. Being in possession of or giving the appearance of being in possession of any firearm, weapon, or destructive device as defined by law or unless permitted in AR5040-C.. 
          Refer to AR 5040-C.
        5. Personal use of alcohol not associated with a permitted event and/or not served in compliance with OLCC regulations.
          Refer to AR 5040.B.2
        6. The presence of animal companions (except service animals).
          Refer to AR 4080.H
      3. The Gresham Campus is closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily. Use of facilities during the closed hours must be arranged in advance.
