    1. Users are expected to take extra care that no damage is done to classrooms or classroom furniture or equipment and that the room is returned to a class-ready condition before leaving.
    2. When additional equipment is needed in a classroom in order to facilitate instruction, the department Dean is responsible for submitting a work order to facilities and notifying the Office of Instruction of (1) the work order and (2) the results of the work order.
    3. Under no circumstances is furniture or other property to be removed from the room or moved from other rooms. 
    4. All users of classrooms are expected to leave the classroom and its equipment in good order, which includes keeping chairs and tables straightened, electronic equipment shut off, removing non-college property and placing trash in appropriate containers. 
    5. Damage to classrooms or event space will be reported to the site supervisor if present, and Public Safety and/or the Instructional Scheduler or Events Coordinator.
      Repeated or severe misuse will cause denial of facility use in the future
