Solicitation or sales of any kind on campus by off-campus groups, persons or organizations is prohibited unless approved by the College president or designee.

On-campus clubs and organizations which are recognized by the Associated Student Government are eligible for fund raising events by processing a petition for fund-raising events through the vice president of student success and enrollment management or designee. The Assistant Director of Student Life may approve requests up to $500. Requests for grants and loans from the associated students are made directly to ASG. Requests for MHCC Foundation funds are made directly through the Foundation Office.
