    PNCA is the only art and design college located in Portland, Oregon. Students who transfer from MHCC to PNCA following the MHCC + PNCA Transfer Agreement will receive a special MHCC Transfer Agreement Scholarship of $22,000 per year, guaranteed for up to three years at PNCA for a total of $66,000.

Thanks to the community college alliance with UMGC, an associate degree from MHCC can be part of a single, integrated curriculum plan that culminates with a bachelor's degree at UMGC.
